Refund policy

• We ensure your orders are correctly delivered. In case, you unfortunately received the wrong items, please contact us within 3 days after receiving it. A clear photo image of the wrong items must be attached. We will take care of your case. 
• We do not accept return of used products or products without the original packaging.
• You will be responsible for the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
• We do not accept refund or resend if the order is mis-delivered due to a wrong mailing address that you provided.
• We do not accept refund at the moment. Please ensure that all the information are correctly provided for online purchase.
